From the ground-floor condo the heated pool is only a few steps away, and the most beautiful beach in Rocky Point is only a few steps beyond that.
Relax in your home away from home. Enjoy the most spectacular sunrises and sunsets you may ever see. Everything is provided � just bring your suntan lotion. Daily maid service is included. We even supply the soap and softener for the washer/dryer. The Princesa is located on a private portion of Sandy Beach, yet is a short drive or even a refreshing walk along the beach to town.

It is just far enough away from the vendors, nightly fireworks and rowdy crowds, but close enough for short trips to any local destination. The Princesa is a gated property offering 24-hour security.
