This intimate condominium community is small enough to feel comfortable, yet has amenities to include a large pool, Bar-B-Que area, gated parking, 24 hour security and much more.
The unique common areas at Las Gaviotas Resort are a great place for group travelers and families to gather. Bottled Water and linens are provided in all of our condominiums. All you need to bring is your swimming suit and a beach towel.

Sandy Beach is the front yard of the complex, and the tide pools are only a short stroll out during low tide. With a tropical park like common area, the 2 story tiered buildings allow each unit an unobstructed view of the Sea of Cortez. Large tiled deck areas overlooking the beach are perfect for sun bathing, happy hour gatherings or watching the spectacular sunsets over the ocean.
This is not like all of the other high rise condominium complexes in Rocky Point. Las Gaviotas Resort has only 43 units. This is the perfect location for reunions, weddings or group getaways. This is truly a first class destination. |
| Each condominium home is individually owned and lovingly decorated. This makes each visit a unique experience. Many have extensive Mexican tile fully furnished kitchens, open living areas and wonderful patios that open to an amazing ocean view from every unit. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bath rooms, they feature washer/dryers, TV and VCR, central heat and air conditioning, all linens, bottled water, and many extras. The only thing you need to bring is a bathing suit and beach towel.
